Joanne has put her life long love of layout, design and accessorizing and created A Perfect Placement, an interior design, arrangement and realty enhancement firm located in Upstate New York. Servicing the entire Capital Region and beyond, A Perfect Placement represents the newest concept in interior design.

Joanne holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from State University at Albany. She is certified by the Interior Arrangement and Design Association and Realty Enhancement International and is currently working on her Interior Design Certificate.
